HIV transmission through eyes?

Hello all,

First of all, thank you for your guys' dedication, it has been very helpful to people like me who have concerns.

I was wondering what was the most up-to-date info about HIV transmission through eyes?
I had sex with a guy whose HIV status was unknown. No anal sex was involved, just mutual jerk off, and unprotected oral sex, I personally guess they were not a concern but unfortunately, his cum landed on my right eye when he finished himself off and my eye was very red after that. I did wear contacts and I did try to rinse minutes later, did they help?

I have no idea what should I do right now? I am super concerned.
Do I need to get tested by this single potential exposure?
I'd like to hear your advice

Thanks!

There is no documented proof of HIV transmission through that route. I would not worry.

The chances are that his evacuation just irritated the eye and the contact lenses. Nothing to worry about.
