Inportant question . Pls help !!!

Hi , i having been having sex with sex workers for the past 6 years with protected sex with condom all the time , around 50 times with different partners my lifetime , certain times received oral unprotected , no anal , no drugs. I am straight and have not contracted any STD's . I am recently planning to start a serious relationship and afraid to even have sex as i have yet to get tested . What are my chances of contracting hiv? Really worried and scared . Thanks

My main question is ,does hiv risk increase even though condoms have been used consistently and correctly without fail ?  Because of doing it so many times with different sex workers, it makes me paranoid....

If you have been using condoms consistently and correctly all throughout your sexual history, you have nothing to worry about a having HIV. Condoms work!.

Having said that, if you have been sexually active outside a monogamous relationship. It is recommended to to do periodic testing for all STDs inclusive of HIV. When was the last time you had a panel done?. If not,  now would be a good time. Some stds can be asymptomatic. Pls post in the std forum to get a proper timeline for std testing. You have no worries in regards to HIV if you have been using condoms consistently and correctly.

Be well.
