HIV from a spoon at a hotel with possible blood on it / eating cereal

About 1 Month ago I was eating cereal at a hotel (about midnight I came in late) After a bite or two I noticed a pink liquid or pinkish color to the milk that was on my spoon. I spit the cereal out and washed my mouth out. Later I started to freak out, what if it was blood. Now I had a red energy drink about two hours prior so It was likely the remnants of that, and my own gums bleed as well sometimes. However I am still scared what if it was blood (other than my own) I talked to my primary care doc and she said it was impossible to contract hiv this way, as did another doc I know. But my psychiatrice  kind of freaked my out and said well weird things happen and maybe there was a 1 and 5 million chance but weird things happen, i was hoping she would be the one to reassure me. So bottom line can I get HIV from a plastic spoon that was dipped in milk at least once or twice if at had blood on it. Lets say it took my at a minimum 5 minutes between grabbing it from the spoon holder and eating it. Does the risk change if I have receding gums and damage from GERD or reflux. Is testing warranted ( I just had my annual HIV test fro the army 2 months ago, I really don't want to get another one if I don't have to. I also suffer from anxiety and PTSD. Thank you in advance for your answers.

Also I have had a sorry throat for about 3 weeks that has gotten worse and worse, as well as about a week of loose stools (2 weeks ago) I saw my doc today she said they are not a symptom of ARS or any blood borne disease with out a fever, and don't worry as she correct?

Please trust your doctors! You had no risk for HIV from this incident even IF........and that's a HUGE "IF," the pink color was from someone else with HIV. I would put my money on that red energy drink you had earlier.
YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV AND DO NOT NEED TO TEST
