HIV from blood onthe floor

I have just gone out into my back garden and right at the back door are two smalls blobs of blood, I don't know how they got there, I have a cat so maybe it was her but there would be more blobs if it was her walking about. What if someone has tried to break in and hurt their hand and they are HIV+, I am now concerned that these two spots of blood could contain the HIV virus

Even if it contains HIV. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Other sites state risk in "Theory" not real risk, We state REAL risk.

You NEVER had a RISK

Sorry, this may sound rude and I am not meaning to be, but how come on some websites it says that the HIV virus can survive outside the body for several hours, just curious why there are so many contradictions
