HIV from loos to blood

I had sex with this women who was on her period and I used a condom, but I shaved about 1 hr before having sex..I got a big cut on my area near my penis. He was riding me and when we stopped I seen the condom had blood on it. But forgot to check myself, I know you can get HIV from blood to blood contact. So while we were having sex and her blood poured down onto my cut could I get HIV?
