HIV from oral sex Vs. HIV from french kissing

I hear people say that it's not possible to get HIV from kissing yet there IS a possibility to contract HIV from a man receiving oral sex from a woman. How is it possible in one case and not possible in the other when in both instances saliva is the only fluid being transmitted? (Mind you I'm talking about a man contracting HIV from RECEIVING oral sex)

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".
