HIV from touching someone's chest

Hello,

I am having a severe panic attack right now, please respond.

About 3 years ago I went to a club with friends and in a jokeI touched the chest of an unknown man with my fingertips. I touched with the back of my fingers (the part of the nails), because the joke was about feeling if he had hair in his chest.

Some people said he was a gay man and quite promiscuous. From what I remember there was no evident blood, and my fingers/nails were OK, but occasionally there are some minor wounds in them, those little skins that get ripped normally.

Rationally I am calm, but this rushes of panic are really bringing me down. I am on treatment and took my medicine, but it would mean a lot to have the reassurance of knowledgeable people in the matter. I am getting married soon and this is terrifying me right now.

Thank you greatly in advance,

AKS

You're worried about touching someone's chest 3 years ago?  That's very irrational.  You need to seek some help for your anxiety.  At no time were you EVER at risk!
