HIV high risk

I don't know what to do.
August 1st I had an unprotected sex encounter. I wasn't aware he entered me for the first minute without a condom and stopped the sex.
A couple of weeks ago I got a cold (I believe). I had sinusitis and was sneezing quite a lot. I had it for about one week. At this point I felt a strange sensation in my head like pressure and heavy weight and might be attributed to an inner ear infection?
Then I noticed 2 small (looked like shape of pencil erasers) on my lower back in the midline (of the spine) which went away one week later. No other spots/rash. I also had a terrible pain in my neck. I could not feel any lymph nodes. Afebrile. No nausea/vomiting. I did have a pain in my epigastric area (over my liver/spleen) only for a short time like 20 minutes. No other symptoms.
I'm worried like crazy that I am going through HIV seroconversion illness. I asked the guy and he said he is sure he does NOT have HIV.
I want to go to get tested but I don't know when it would be an appropriate time.
Please let me know about my situation.
Much thanks in advance.

Thank you.
Just wanted to know if my symptoms are suggestive of acute HIV infection?
Thank you very much.
