need to know

yesterday, I did mutual masturbation with unknown guy.
He masturbated me first.
When mine is erected, I did the same to him.
His penis became wet with his precum.
Then I rubbed the tip of my penis against his penis tip.
I worried because, the mucous membrane of the penis and precum exchange.
If the precum entered my urethra, is it a risk?
My penis opening was exposed to his fresh wet precum.
Do I  need to worry about it?

And I want to know How accurate is the HIV antibody test at 2 days before 6weeks after exposure?
I had to done it for previous exposure (not concerned with above yesterday exposure) and came negative.
Is it a good result?

If so, is it just a normal mutual masturbation and no risk and no need to test?
Can I move on now?

I know mutual m---n is no risk.
If so, I want to know clearly one thing.
IF the tip of my penis is rubbed by HIV positive precum by means of penis to penis communication, is it no risk?
IS it just a normal mutual masturbation?
Do I need to test for that?
Kindly pls answer me.

But the process occured tip to tip.Fresh precum touched my pee-hole once it discharged from my partner.
If it leaked out into urethra and put me at risk!
Oh! I fear so much.
Can still there no risk?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Why?
Isn't the glans penis a mucous membrane?
Isn't precum a dangerous fluid for HIV?
Why no risk?

And I want to know how different is the test between 5weeks,5days test and 6 weeks test?
