Hello Dr. i really need your help here as i am really worried .befor 7 week i did unprotected oral sex with strange woman and she but here tongue on my penus hole, after 1 week i had burning on my penus hole and some discharge come out but not with urine,  i sow it on my Underwear, and after 2 weeks i had   Ulceration on my lips from inside and it's still until now 1 month. i went to the Dr. and i made urine test and the Dr. told me there is no inflammation. but the burning until now didn't go since 7 weeks and there is also discharge, i think that the discharge and burning increase when i make ejaculation and stay a week then it decrease .
after 3 weeks i made HIV test P24 and antibudy and herpes HSV2 IGg  and all become NEGATIVE

the result of herpes test came 7.8 from range 10.9

after 6 weeks i made the same 2 test
HIV NEGATIVE

Herpes become positve IGg 11 from rang 10.9

but there is no any plaster on my penus

and the Dr told me that my Ulceration on my lips  it is fungi and i know that it comes Always with HIV.
but the Dr. told me because i am so worried my Immunity system become low and so that it came,
i aske you if my immunity system is become low that mean the HIV test it will take very long time to be conclusive and 6 weeks test it is nothing
pleas help me now i am very Afraid abut the HIV is my test conclusive or i have to do after 3 month
is this Symptoms due to HIV or other thing.   and i am Afraid that HIV become POSTIVE like the herpes test changed.

if you are having health problems...work with your doctor...it is NOT a hiv concern.

thank you for your comments but what about the discharge, and the burning on my penis
becuse the urine test shows there is no inflammation

that mean not bacterial infection, so what will be the proplem then????????

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. Ulcerations on lips  comes with HIV. Not true.
