Test at 9 weeks

I've already received feedback about the risk in my particular situation, but I'm also curious to get feedback from some of you about my tests. The test was a standard Elisa test done at 9 weeks (64 days) after an encounter in which protection was used. A Proviral HIV DNA by PCR test was done at the same time. Both came back negative. I understand there are some who discount the PCR test altogether. But what about the Elisa test done at 9 weeks?

I don't intend to beat this horse forever. Just trying to gather as much information as I can to understand all this better than I have previously.

The reason I have posted this query here is that you failed to respond to my question about the tests themselves in the link you reference.  I don't understand why you seem reluctant to try to help me understand what you're saying regarding my situation.

I appreciate the fact that you feel that I am not at risk, but don't understand why you don't want to share any more info about your comments on the tests.

Are you willing to say beyond a doubt that I am not at risk of infection?

Are there any others who are willing to say this, or to at least respond to my questions about the tests?
