risk with hand job with cut on penis

hi there,

i was recieving a hand job from a guy at an all mens club, where he was giving me a hand job with his right hand and a hand job to another gentleman with his left hand & later i noticed when i left the establishment that I had a cut on my penis in the duration of this hand job.

Obviously, during this, the man had his own precum and/or semen as well as the precum and/or semen of the other gentleman on his right hand which he was giving ME a hand job with AS WELL, where THERE WAS A CUT ON MY PENIS.

is this a risk for HIV?
