Well, if you have HIV then he has a risk of getting HIV. But if you're the one getting licked then the chances are lower because HIV from saliva isn't strong enough to get you infected. But if he wants bleeding in his mouth and he licked your anal area then that's a bit more dangerous.
I was under the impression it was no risk for either side as there would need to be significan blood transfer. There doesn't seem to be any credible cases around. I think Teak is a good one to ask on this.

How much blood is significant?
No idea,
The doctors on here have never seen a case from oral sex of any sort. Especially not from a man doing it to a woman. Credible cases probably don't exist as very few people only have that one kind of exposure. I am convinced cunnilingus, rimming and getting head don't lead to HIV. I was told by a charity the woman would need to be bleeding and you would need ulcers so bad in the mouth you wouldn't want to be doing anything anyway.
Rimming poses NO risk whatsoever.
Unnoticed...you really ought to educate yourself before giving inappropriate advice and possible scaring people.
To causedbydrink: do you think vaginal secretions from a woman can seep through her own jeans and get onto another person's jean's lets say if she were to sit on his lap or something/ or like penis. I don't know if the virus can live like that. If it's indirect contact.
Please refer to the thread you started.
Nothing would get through jeans dude. FACT. It would need to eat through some serious material then get in your body. We are talking about a virus here... not Godzilla.
And it most certainly does not survive outside of the body very long. FACT.
I would stop worrying, I know it is difficult. I still do worry about lots of stuff regarding my exposure. It is mostly in the mind, and the general fear of a well-known disease which makes no discrimination who it infects. Basically from what I have picked up from people on this site and the dr's, plus my own investigations. All you have to watch out for is unprotected anal and virginal sex. Plus of course needle drug use, blood transfusions in places where the blood is not screened. Oral sex including rimming does not pose a real risk. There are no cases from cunnilingus apparently, nor any firm cases from rimming getting head. Simple really.
No risk for contracting HIV by rimming or being rimmed. But there are other things you can contract.
