Unprotected sex with a prostitute with cut in head of penis

Although a test will give me the definite answer, I need to know what are the risks of contacting HIV from unprotected vaginal sex with a prostitute (for around 5 minutes) when I have a cut/sore on my penis head. Her HIV status is unknown.

PS: I had masturbated very rough earlier that day and made that little cut on the crown of my penis

I have been seeing a lot of unprotected sex threads with prostitutes. In my experience, prostitutes are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to STDs and HIV. Because of this, prostitutes are usually pretty safe and always use protection.   Times have changed I guess.

You need to test for not being smart and having unprotected sex.

Hi there,

Whether are there cuts or no cuts on your penis head, I would recommend anyone who has unprotected intercourse to have a HIV test on the 4 weeks and than at 12 week for a conclusive test result.

approx. 1 in 2000 chance if she was infected - if unknown probably more like 1/200000

You were at risk, only a 3 month test can give you a conclusive answer.
Best of luck
