HIV risk from oral sex after syphilis

Hi Doctor,

I am a gay male and had exclusive oral sex till date. No anal sex even for 1 time. I was tested reactive for secondary syphilis. i also tested for hiv which came negative. I want to know how risky I am for HIV infection since i was not aware I had syphilis and had oral sex with 3 partners. Is it possible to get HIV during oral sex if i had crack on my penis foreskin?
