Trying not to be worried

I have had a few contacts with women in which there has been some unprotected brief penetration but then I quickly turn and put on a condom. But I also have had a couple unprotected vaginal events. I have had some worry (and regret too) about these as I am married. I have not really had any major symptoms except during this worry period I have had night sweats for about the last week. The last exposure I had was about 2 weeks ago with a 48 yo woman. Unprotected penetration for about 1 min and then quickly put on condom. All of this has been in US with American Caucasian women.
