HIV risk! please help

Hello this is my story. I am 18 years old, i had a possible HIV exposure in late june, one week later i had white spots on my penis and begun severe and chronic diareah, which i still have and it is currently december. Throughout this phase i was tested for HIV once in early september, and once at the 3 month period of september, both tests were negative. although throughout the past since my possible exposure i have gotten MANY hiv symptoms, Swollen Glans in my neck to the point one would reach my jaw line and i was able to move it around, developed hard to manage follicitus and numerous rashes and red spots on my penis, acne on my face, sore joints including a noticeable amount of cracking in all of them. Constant mouth ulcers, and once was diagnosed with a mouth virus at the back of my throat causing large white what looked like balls appearing in the back of my throat, and very poor wound healing, and also i can not tell if they are skin tags in my arm pit or warts, but what i can tell is that my neck is now covered in skin tags. My body use to be very healthy, i have had extremely had anxiety over all of this as everyone has told me after testing 3 months after negative i am deffinetly not positive, yet i feel these symptoms show maybe i have a strain that is un usual and hasn't been detected!

obviously i am going to be stressed out and have anxiety over this. i could have gotten it from using someone else's razor maybe? i just have these symptoms and my body doesn't seem to be changing and the symptoms are identical of those to HIV. this is why i am on here. i just would like help.

I wish you would take this seriously. i have had a sore throat on and off. i don't know maybe i got this from using someones razor! who knows! i am very worried and scared. please don't take this as a joke.
