HIV risk?

I'm a male who gave oral sex to another male (whose sexual history is unknown). I'm pretty sure he didn't ejaculate in my mouth, but there may have been pre-ejaculate. The next day I noticed a sore on the inside of my cheek (b/c I clinch/grind my teeth)...am I at a high(er) risk for HIV?

How can you be so sure, Teak? Granted, I know the Internet isn't the most reliable source in the world, but I've read that there is a risk.
