Symptoms do not mean much and mostly are misleading. It appears that you are in 8th week of your exposure, a time ARS seldom appear. If your exposure was unprotected anal or vaginal sex, you better focus on your upcoming test, which is going to be conclusive for you to know your status. Thoughts around symptoms is waste of time.
ars symptoms come at 2-4 weeks after infection and last for 1-2 weeks. these symptoms come at once...not one after another over a period of days and/or weeks.
symptoms dont diagnose hiv...a test at the appropriate time does.
Thank you both. i'm sure my mind and anxiety is making me crazy, I just have never stepped out and i think most of it is because of my hubby. and from reading others i didn't know that the odds of actually contracting even with one encounter positive or not was so low. it actually helps i thought it was more common to contract. this sight and this blog really opened my eyes on alot of questions surrounding hiv/aids
i ment the hubby as in i was worried about his health, i didn't think my prior statement sounded all that great.
i had similar symptoms whilst waiting for the 3month window period to elapse.i tested negative and the symtoms disappeared.i personally put those symptoms you are experiencing down to stress and anxiety,i guess that your probably not sleeping well either, this can effect bowl movement.all the best.
