HIV risk?

Hi, a friend of mine tried to "joke" on me and he "piched" me with a syringe. the syringe didn't have needle on it, so it was only the plastic (like this http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31zjNFKp-YL._SL500_AA300_.jpg). he had  used that syringe a few hours before to take some blood from his hand, but he had cleared it, and there was clearly no blood, maybe a few water. he also did that to my shoulder, and I was wearing a light jacket.
Do you think that puts me in risk for HIV? should I go get tested?

thanks, I know my friend is a jerk, as I said there was no needle, and the syringe clearly didnt get under my skin.
So I guess I should move on?

What was your friend taking blood from his own hand for???  Kinda strange.

You had no risk, there was not even a needle involved.  NO, you don't need testing.
