HIV symptoms

Hello 

My question regarding the HIV symptoms. As I read, it normally takes 2-4 weeks until the body produces antibodies. What its correct and maximum time frame for symptoms? These symptoms may last for up 1 to 2 weeks, right? 
Kindly give me scientifically correct answer.

maximum time  frame for symptoms 2 to 4 weeks. not after that ?its correct.
because i done dental job(drilling& filling) after 5 or 6 weeks later i am sick  some light fever cold and throat pain also.(its symptoms of ARS) that way i am  worried.

You can't judge the hiv through symptoms. .
If someone had real exposure..must obtain a conclusive results at 3 months post exposure. .
