HIV transmission risk ?

I had a group of friends over, and one of them slept over at my place, he slept on the couch , he is suspected of having  HIV.

Question :

The next morning I sat down on that very same couch and touched it with my hands and then touched my face, where I had a popped pimple,which was slightly bleeding.

If this individual who slept on the couch had left some traces of saliva or blood or sperm on the couch and I touched my bleeding pimple or mouth with those hands, could I in any way get infected?

I have a hard time understanding all this and honestly I am anxious by nature, do I have to clean the couch ? should I get tested?

Thank you for your time.

Don't have unprotected anal sex and don't share works with them to do drugs. No one told you that you had a low risk that is BS.

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

No exposure.
Hiv does not survive long outside the host. You cannot get hiv by such ways
