nervous.worried

I had mutual masturbation with a guy.He touched his penis n had his precum at his hand and then touched my penis.i am not sure if he touched my glans penis or only at the shaft.I read info in this forum saying mutual masturbation's risk is neglegible. However also got info from other website saying that HIV virus can go into moucos membrance without open wound on it.really worried. If it is true that  HIV virus can go into moucos membrance without open wound on it,then am I at risk ?If not, is it because the HIV virus already exposed to air which makes it not easy to spread?very worried.need urgent help, please

3-5 mins...no a lot shorter then that. And also as I said you need more then a little fluid. HIV is not easy to transmit.
The only way to get HIV sexually is uprotected anal and/or vagial sex.

Pre-seminal fluid does contain the virus but not enough to pose the kind of risk needed in situations like this one above.

I think i almost got HIV phobia.why?is it because the virus already exposed to air?or the amount is only a little ,it dried soon or what?kindly tell me please.the info here or there says that HIV Virus can live in air a few(3--5)minutes.But the guy touchesd my penis 1 or 2 mins afterhe touched his precum.that;'s what freaked me out n make made me confused>

You said it in your post. When HIV is exposed to air it is quickly rendered inactive is one reason. Another reason is you need more then a little of any fluid to pose a risk.
