HIV transmission

I am sure you receive numerous questions like this one but I was hoping you could assess my risk factor of acquiring HIV.  I had unprotected sex with a girl about four weeks ago.  It is the only time I have ever done this and while I would be surprised if she had HIV I do not know her status 100%.  She does not use an needles or have any other outside risk factors that I am aware of.  Generally, how common is female to male HIV transmission after one time vaginal sex?

If you go into the doctor's forum for HIV and read the posts therein, you'll find very good information.  Yes, numerous questions like yours have been posted there.

Based on the facts that this woman did not appear to have any risk factors, I'd be willing to bet large sums of cash that she is HIV negative - which means your chances of getting HIV are zero percent.
