Extremely paranoid. Do I have HIV?

I am having issues living due to my fear that I have HIV.
First off, I have had unprotected sex with three different men within the last 2 months. Each time I was the top or giver. I did not notice any cuts during the sex.
Within about 1-2 weeks after sex with the last man I experienced a sore throat(3 days), minor headaches(could be stress), stuffy nose, and cough with a bunch of phlegm.

About three weeks after I had burning pee, and discharge. It was determined to be trichomoniasis. I was treated and the symptoms were gone within days.

My last man was June 16th, and I got tested 24 days later (due to the other symptoms) with a 4th generation blood test and was negative. My mind was extremely at peace.

Although for the past week I have experienced diarrhea. It is with every bowel movement. My stool does not hold together. I have not changed my diet at all. I had no gastrointestinal pain.

It has now been 4 weeks since my last partner. Should I go take an at home HIV test(OraQuick)? I am so paranoid. There has been no rash or fever btw.

4th generation tests are conclusive at 28 days or beyond.  Oraquick is conclusive at 90 days post-event.  Using condoms will alleviate this anxiety in the future.

HIV is never diagnosed by symptoms, so I have no comment on those.
