HIV risk from protected sex with prostitute

I had protected sex with a prostitute from the Czech Republic. She used a condom which she supplied for both oral and vaginal sex. During the oral she massaged by penis (quite vigourously) at the same time as sucking and used a large dollop of lube on the condom prior to intercourse. I have no way of knowing whether the lube was water-based or oil based, which is a concern in itself. I ejaculated inside her and withdrew. The condom appeared to be intact and I removed it by giving it a sharp pull. I may have touched the tip of my penis with the hand I used to withdraw, meaning some of her vaginal fluids may have come into contact with the head of my penis. I had no open sores on my hand but a tiny skin tear on my thumb (no bleeding, either at the time or prior to my visit). She gave me moist wipes to clean my hands and penis with afterwards, which I did. What is the risk of HIV infection with this encounter? This was just over two weeks ago and since I have had a slight, dull pain in my neck and under my armpits. No swollen glands under the arm, but a pronounced swollen gland in my neck (it has always been enlarged). I would appreciate your candid reply and advice as to whether I should test. I am now back with my girlfriend and do not use barrier protection with her. Is it safe to have sex with her. I would hate to pass on a disease because of this incident.

Zero. You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV in any of the situations you've provided.
