Panicked about HIV risk please help

I feel horrible. I am married and last night I French kissed deep kissed an old male friend two or three times for a few minutes each. He went to the bathroom. Said he washed his hands. He gave me a back massage over and then under my shirt. Massaged my breasts and kissed and sucked on both nipples. He also slid his hand under my underpants on top of my bare bottom. We remained clothed. My question is that because he went to the bathroom and told me he was soaked with precum then massaged my clothed back and then under my undies am I at risk for HIV from any of this -  deep kissing, nipple kisses and sucking. Hand on my bare bum. A few hours earlier I had wiped my bum after a mower movement and it felt sore and raw. Have no idea if it was bleeding but sometimes it does from wiping.   That is the extent of what we did. I am also an OCD sufferer.

Was any of this behavior a risk for HIV transmission ?  I feel so stupid

I am a married woman and will never let this happen again. Thank you for your help.

Please don't ban me Teak, but I need to know, do you base your answers assuming the other person has HIV infection? I can't help but worry that maybe someone else has given my friend HIV and then he did those things with me.  And based on everything I have shared, do I need to test or should I just forget about it.  I am so sorry to ask and I do thank you for everything you do.  Please give me this chance.  I am terrifed for my husband and my children based on my moment of stupidity.

I neglected to mention I brushed my teeth about half hour before the kissing.  And at day 20 after this happened, I have stomach pains, diarrhea, and tiredness, body aches.

Would brushing my teeth put me at risk?  Did anything I do put me at risk for HIV if this person were to have HIV???  Having a rough time today.

There was no sex. All we did was deep kiss. He massaged my bare back, bum and kissed/sucked my breasts. I guess the OCD makes me worry that having wiped myself after a BM and feeling raw where I wiped made me a candidate for HIV transmission even though he just ran his hands over the surface. The OCD mind says precum went from him to his hand to my clothing to my bum. Even though the sore part is way inside near my anus not the surface of my butt.

Your problem is the OCD talking.  You did NOTHING to put yourself at risk.

You did not have a risk, sexually for HIV transmission you need to have sex (unprotected-vaginal and/or anal).
