You did not have a risk, sexually for HIV transmission you need to have sex (unprotected-vaginal and/or anal).
Your problem is the OCD talking. You did NOTHING to put yourself at risk.
There was no sex. All we did was deep kiss. He massaged my bare back, bum and kissed/sucked my breasts. I guess the OCD makes me worry that having wiped myself after a BM and feeling raw where I wiped made me a candidate for HIV transmission even though he just ran his hands over the surface. The OCD mind says precum went from him to his hand to my clothing to my bum. Even though the sore part is way inside near my anus not the surface of my butt.
I neglected to mention I brushed my teeth about half hour before the kissing. And at day 20 after this happened, I have stomach pains, diarrhea, and tiredness, body aches.
Would brushing my teeth put me at risk? Did anything I do put me at risk for HIV if this person were to have HIV??? Having a rough time today.

Please don't ban me Teak, but I need to know, do you base your answers assuming the other person has HIV infection? I can't help but worry that maybe someone else has given my friend HIV and then he did those things with me. And based on everything I have shared, do I need to test or should I just forget about it. I am so sorry to ask and I do thank you for everything you do. Please give me this chance. I am terrifed for my husband and my children based on my moment of stupidity.
Yes all answers are base on the other person has HIV. Now kindly move along.
No exposure means no testing needed so now I will move along. Thank you Teak.
