HIV worry

I had an exposure 10 weeks ago. Have since had all ARS symptoms. I had an 8 wk duo lab test, negative. I have 2x young boys. My sons have recently been presenting with similar white painless sores in their mouths as I have. How could they have them? My eldest scraped his finger on his bike 8wks ago and being a dad I put my finger in my mouth and kissed/sucked it better. Could my viral load have been high enough in that early stage to have passed it onto him?
My wife is 36wks pregnant and I am so worried I could have passed it onto her and our unborn child. She has also had a negative duo test at 8wks. Could this going in for a 10 wk duo test tomorrow. This could not be possible especially my sons surely.

What was your exposure? Also, your test is about .1% likely to change.

Like I said in your other thread, saliva doesn't transmit the virus.
