Hi Doctor,

am really stressed since one week of this stupid i had done.

Last week i was in indonesia and i had sex with the pub girl.
The below are what i did with the girl.

1)she gave a blowjob for very less time like 10sec i immediately pulled away to wear a condom.

2)i inserted my penis into her vagina for very less time like 20sec and backed off.

3) i bit her nipple not so hard dint see any blood.

4) then she gave me a hand job without condom

5)i fingered her vagina with 3 fingers for about 1 min i dint have any injury on my fingers.and then i kissed her upper body where i would have rubbed the vagina fluids on finger to her body and might as well kissed those.

So i really worried if i will be infected with HIV virus.
I'm really worried pls help me on this issue.
And even pls advice me when can i take the HIV test.

You are welcome. The window period varies with the type of test selected.

1) 4th generation HIV combo or duo test - 28 days after exposure
2) Oral swab test - 6 weeks after exposure
3) Standard antibody test - 90 days after exposure.

Hi, none of the activities mentioned in your case above are risky with respect to HIV. You used a condom for penetrative sex hence you do not have any HIV concerns. So stop worrying. HIV is not spread via kissing, foreplay, fingering or coming in contact with seminal or pre seminal fluid that is outside the body. Hope I helped you calm down.
