hiv or STD risk from protected oral sex

i was a litlle drunk,One night I picked up a prostitute on the street, and we had protected oral sex with some noname condom made of latex. entire relationship lasted 3 minutes.
After that, I took off the condom and threw it, not anywhere snapped.
the main problem is that she put the condom in her mouth and then put on my penis, which was not erect.
Is it possible that her saliva or possibly blood inside the condom?
am i in any risk for any STD or hiv or hcv?
pls help me anyone,i want to freakout .

std health care provider says to me that i realy dont need a testing,is she right?
this is a first time to do such nonsense and last time. i feel tremendous guilt and shame.
i must to leave this behind me..
sorry for long post and thank you all.
all the best

No risk for HIV. Just a tip, do not do two things when you are drunk, number 1 - dont drink and drive number 2 - Dont drink and have sex. Major of encounters turn risky when the person is drunk or drugged and the risk that they take is condomless penetrative sex. Good luck.

Hi, you had no risk what so ever in the case above. In fact, no risk for HIV even if your oral activity would have been condomless. I hope this helps.
