HIV

My daughter slept with a man who is HIV positive and the condom broke.  She took the 30 day course of drugs and just had a test-it was postive.  She did this test immediately after the course of drugs was up.  Does this mean she is HIV positive or is the test inconclusive?  Does hes body need mroe time to fight the diesaese and is there a chance that the next test will be negative.  When is the most conclusive test done??

A conclusive - 100% test can be done at 12 weeks.. however a test at 6 weeks will be around 95% accurate.
