Saliva on Blood sample test kit

Hello, I recently started dating HIV positive lady. We had protected sex 3 times but always have deep kissing and I always finger her. There was a day I mistakenly rubbed my manhood on the openings of her vagina (she was wet then). I felt flu like symptoms after that. 6 weeks after, I bought home test kit for HIV test. Less than 24 hours after I had a deep kissing with her, I spitted my saliva (not blood) on the test kit instead of blood (I didn't used saliva from near the gum, I just spitted) and it came out with weak positive. My questions are 1. Is the reaction valid when I used saliva instead of blood? 2. My patner takes medication and her viral load is less than 70, could that means I have been exposed and now have HIV? 3. If am HIV positive, can I have sex with my wife without transmission? I am worried, I would like to here you answers and educate me more on risky behaviour.

Hiv is only transmitted in adults through unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing of IV drug needles.  Rubbing on the vagina and kissing are not risks.  Following test directions for whatever kind of test you take is always crucial for accuracy.  However, you didn't risk HIV from what you describe.  We wish you the best and are closing this thread.

If you're not going to follow the directions on the testing kit then why do you expect it to be accurate? Either follow the kit directions explicitly or else get a real professional at a lab to do an HIV test.

Also, is it possible for HIV to be present in my saliva as a result of kissing absence in my bloodstream?

If you didn't follow the test kit instructions then do you think the result will be correct?
Anyway, HIV is instantly inactivated in air so the only sex risks are unprotected penetrating anal or vaginal which you didn't have, so you had zero exposure or risk.
If it was as infectious as a cold, which is what you are worried about, then everyone in America would have it from workplace cuts touching the wrong person.
