Unpotected Sex on july 9th late at night

I had unprotected sex for the first time late at night on June 9th with someone who I found out was a sex worker
I got worried because Im uncut.
On June 14th I took an antibody test which came back - Negative
On June 20th I took the HIV-1 RNA, Qualitative, TMA at quest diagnostics & got my results back on the 23rd - Negative
On July 14th i took another Antibody test at planned parenthood - Negative

Now this is where my worries start

I had a history asthma in elementary to middle school since then my asthma has not flared up to my memory. Im now 24 . On around the July 11th my chest feels like it wants to make me cough faintly, but I'm not coughing I can force up small amounts of clear mucus to my mouth and spit on tissue to look at the color which is clear mucus.

The only thing I could limit my chest being irritated down to is, me inhaling some Lipton iced tea powder that escaped the container a few days earlier, the second hand smoke at my job I just started. or the ozone levels in my town (Fresno). Even then its too coincidental for this to happen at around 5 weeks later.

So I started to worry and got a Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1/O/2 (HIV-1/O/2) Antigen/Antibody (Fourth Generation) Preliminary Test With Cascade Reflex to Supplementary Testing  at Labcorp on the July 19th. The result came back negative Today. And still i can feel the sensation in my chest. (it comes and goes throughout the day.)

If I have no antibodies yet surely the P24 would have been detected right? Antibodies are what removes p24 from the blood correct?

What should I do? I cant move on.

You had a risk. Your tests are very encouraging.

Not addressing symptoms here, because they aren't meaningful - symptoms are those of anxiety or a number of other non-life threatening illnesses.  Take a final test at 12 weeks to be sure, but it's unlikely you're infected.

If your symptoms were due to HIV, you WOULD have tested positive.
