Hand blood cells

Hi, can some one explain me if im wrong. The cells that we have in our hands are harder to get infected by the HIV virus. Im tacking in cases that there are cuts, scabs, etc.

HIV enters your body either via bloodstream or on areas with mucous that's rich in CD4 cells.  Our skin is made up of several layers.  As long as your bloodstream is not exposed, you're ok.
