Hi , I visited a female sex worker . She gave me a sensual massage including a handjob . She used moisturizer , in between she went to another room for getting extra moisturizer during that time I doubt if she mixed any vaginal fluid or breast milk in  the moisturizer , as she informed she has 9 months baby , I saw something white around her nipple might be dried milk.

If she mixed vaginal fluid or breast milk in moisturizer , am I at risk as she gate handjob? Please help me by providing your assessment , I am very scared ..

Even IF she did have HIV then you would still not be at risk.  The activities that you describe are NOT a risk for HIV infection.  You have freaked yourself and are now dwelling on the what if's... its a dangerous place to be as your fears are not grounded in fact.

There is no scientific basis for your concerns.  You will not become infected in this manner, is is 100% impossible.

Joggen has listed the ONLY risks for HIV above...read it, over and over until it sinks in.

NOTHING you have described is a risk for HIV, therefore NO testing is needed.

Seek some professional help for your irratinal fears and anxiety.

Hi , today I checked with her she confirmed her status as  HIV+ and also she has Crabs STD , I really feeling tense  , I have cough from past 4 days(may be becoz of weather change,as many others also coughing), but not having  any itchy feeling as of Crabs STD.

   I am really repenting for whatever I have done,can you please assess my risk. It is already 11 days of exposure should I go for DNA HIV test?

Your fears are irrational are indicative of anxiety.  You need to seek professional help for that, and in the meantime, it would be wise to avoid these kinds of encounters, since you can't grasp that you aren't at risk.

I read your posting history. Looks like you have a history of vising strip clubs, massage parlors, etc. and getting anxious over no risk contact. I can tell you that you can visit those places every day for the rest of your life and not worry about HIV, as long as avoid unprotected sex (vag or anal) with the ladies. Any other kind of 'sexual' activity is completely safe. Visiting these places is not inherently dangerous- it's what you DO that matters.

These are the PROVEN modes of HIV transmission:

1. Unprotected vaginal or anal sex
2. Sharing IV drug works
3. Mother to infant

Anything else is not an HIV concern for you.
