P24 antigen test accuracy

Hi,
I had a unprotected sex with a guy I had recently met a couple days earlier about 6 weeks ago. It happened twice in 1 night, the first time with a condom and the second without and he didn't ejaculate inside me.i didn't know him very well, so 5 days later i went to go get tested for stds. The practitioner tested me for chlymydia, gonorreah, syphilis, and hiv. However for the hiv test she used a p24 antigen test at only 5 days post exposure. The tests all came back negative. I would like to know how accurate is that tests at only at couple of days? I asked her if I needed to come back and get rested and she told me no.
I didn't stop there though because weeks later I started experiencing symptoms of something, which are different each time and they come and go weekly.I'm not going to say it is hiv because I know very well it could be something else like extreme stress. I will note that I haven't had anytype of lymph node swelling anywhere on my body.
At 4 weeks I tested with a home access test and it was negative but I feel it could've been misleading because of the generation test it was. A couple of days ago I got more blood drawn from a doctor that said she was going to test for everything. Testing during this period would make it 6weeks post but I didn't get my test results yet and I'm super nervous.

Okay your test is in process so just ask them if it's antigen/antibody

I reckon you should come clean out of this

It's a low risk plus u don't know about the guy . At 6weeks if it's antibody only test 3rd generation that alone would be really good like really good .keep calm you will do just fine

Hi there ! . Negative test is always good so let just get this straight right now

4weeks for conclusive result  . If you take ag/ab combo test the result should be conculsive at 28 days according to many experts on medhelp such as hunter handsfeild and Ed hook

I see you are at 6 weeks so have the antigen/antibody test now and then you can forget about HIV

Lastly you did not know this guy did you try asking him ? . Most likely he doesn't have it

Symptoms can be for something else so keep calm could be for other stds . Which are manageable and not scary .    So right now have combo also known as duo (ag/ab) test now and then you can forget HIV
