Heartburn and ARS seroconversion

I was discouraged not to take 4-week test and i'm starting to regret it a bit.  I feel like my health is quickly deteriorating and I wanted to hear from you experts who have been around hiv+ persons. My exposure was unprotected sex about 8mins and this was about 4.5 weeks ago. Is heartburn or inflammation of the chest area common during serconversion?  I've experienced numerous symptoms but they have all subsided. All I'm experiencing now is this constant heartburn which has lasted for the past 3 days.  Initial symptoms started 10 hours after possible exposure.  Everyone i've spoken to claims ARS couldn't occur so quick.

I'm coming to the terms with the fact that I might just have it... I'm getting tested once I get back from the holidays... Any comments would be appreciated.

Vance, I apologize if I'm ranting and asking the same questions.  Its just this has been my only outlet and place to get advice since all of this started.  I had asked my partner to wear a condom and when I wasn't paying attention, he took it off and I made him stop when I realized he wasn't wearing the condom.  I understand this is not a counseling site and I cannot be diagnosed here but this is the only place I can come for answers.  I hope you understand.  I get tested on the 10th and I'll post my results then.  I apologize again for my excessive posting.

Try the anxiety forum, this forum can not be of anymore help at this time to you. You keep posting the same thing over and over again. You are at risk of being reported for excessive posting.

Pls experts, I would go to the doctor but I'm currently away and I don't even have health insurance.  They say everyone reacts differently to the virus.  Some violently and others show no signs at all.  Parts of my body have been feel inflamed since all of this started and I honestly can't wait to get back and get tested.  My lower back feels inflamed so does my forehead and the heartburn is still sporadic.  Is this in any way related to hiv?

Please try to understand that your symptoms are not due to ARS and nothing you add will change that. Get tested at the 3 month mark and stop guessing about your status.

Pls try and understand that The abdominal inflammation started before I became anxious.  I became anxious when the fever kicked in and I started looking up symptoms of hiv.
