Partial anal penetration(not even the head)

I was with a guy who claims he is HIV-. He tried to penetrate me anally without a condom but only inserted less than an inch before i pulled away. He did, however, rub his penis on my hole for a few minutes and have no clue if there was precum or not.  I have a history of hemmrhoids and do bleed at times when i wipe.  I hadnt wiped anytime prior to exposure. Is there a big risk for this if he were to be HIV+?

Forgive me for not being an expert like you on this subject.  Yes I have been a member for quite some time, but I am not on here daily.  I also know what encounters are the most risky and the least risky.  This, however, falls somewhere in the middle and just wanted another person's opinion who is more knowlegeable that I am on the subject matter.  I realize that odds are in my favor, but guess I wanted some reassurance, especially since I do have a history of hemmrhoids, etc.  Sorry for the intrusion.
