Help I'm coughing like crazy

Hello I have a question. On April 5 2010 I had protected sex with a girl, but before I put the condom on I was fingering her. Once I put the condom on my fingers were still moist from her fluids. Some of her fluids could have got into the tip of the condom while putting it on. About a week in a half ago I had three headaches back to back for three days. No fever that I no of. A few night sweAts fir about three nights. Nit every night but on and off skipping a night of sweating. Now my throat is very swore, and I'm coughing like crazy. Every couple minutes I might cough or I might nit cough for hours but when I do cough. It's quite bad. I cough up a lot of clear mucus in the middle of the night while I sleep. I wake up spit it out and go back to sleep. During the day mist of my coughs don't produce mucus only a few cough produce mucus during the day.  No rash no swollen lymph nodes. I'm not tired, I did have a small pimple size bump on my scrodum for about a week last week but I busted it and it went down. It's still there but very small not sure if that was a lymph node or not because I squeezed puss from it plus it's not on my groin, but on my scrodum. And my cough feels like it's it's a lil piece of rice in my throat that I can never cough up. Can my symptoms be HIV related. And is my cough considered to be dry. And was the bump on my scrodum a lymph node. Please answer with some wisdom, and knowledge. Thank you
