Oral Sex

Hello Dr.
Exactly 2 weeks ago, I had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute in Dubai for 3 minutes and then stopped it. (I did not have any other intercourse).
When my penis was in her mouth I felt like burning sensation on top of my penis and till today this sensation come and goes, I don’t have any discharge from my penis, when I urinate it will ease the burning and then after that it will start, no other symptoms, I tested urine culture after 4 days for and it came back negative (NO BACTERIA FOUND).
I phoned that girl (my friend had her number) and she said that she regularly go to the doctor and she did HIV test 2 months ago and she is clean she even mentioned that she did vaccination for Hep B and when I mentioned the burning, she said no I don’t have any problem and be sure.
My question is:
1) Do you think if I have contacted any kind of STD, such as HIV, Grohnea or other?
2) Is it possible that burning sensation start in the same time of receiving Oral sex? ( How long normally take that symptoms shows?
3) What is this funny sensation?
4) Do you think I should test for HIV?
5) Do you think if I have to test for any other STD?
I am married and very worried about this incident, please help.
I had test for HIV several time before this incident and all came back negative.
Thanks
