Help. Vaginal fluids to penile trauma

Please help me. I had an encounter with two street CSWs. They did some lesbian play by kissing and licking each others' intimate parts including anus. They performed fellatio on my bare penis which got hurt because they were rough. I also fingered them both in their vagina and anus. My worry is that there was a fresh wound on my penis frenulum 1mmx1mm, and vaginal fluids from their mouth (from licking each other) and from my fingers fingering them then masturbating my bare penis. So the small fresh wound on my penis got in contact with their vaginal fluids.
Any risk from vaginal fluids on my wound??
What is my risk? Should I test for HIV?
