Dear doctors,
First of all, congrats on your work here. It has helped me calm down a bit within the last couple of days, however there remains some minor idiosyncratic component.
Here's my case, if you could please comment briefly:
I had some exposure with a Ukrainian girl while on holidays in a spa hotel in southern Europe. To my knowledge the the (19-yo) girl was not a prostitute (she was a guest at the hotel, but who knows, also prostitutes go on holidays).
We engaged in petting and I received oral sex for at most 30 seconds.
My main concern however stems from an ear bite. She has bitten my ear so that blood came out. I haven't noticed this until the morning after, when I hinted this due to 2 tiny marks on my ear (way smaller than pimples) combined with some small quantity of blood on my bed sheets.
- I do not believe the girl was bleeding in her mouth (at least strongly), as I would have either tasted this when kissing, or it would have left evidence (her own blood) on my ear (unless she sucked off her own blood after biting and lickin my ear).
- When she smiled at me couple of time after her mouth and teeth were completely white.
- It is also thinkable that I got those blood drops from showering (after part of the making out a went for a shower and washed off her saliva from my ear with really hard water streams, the returned to the bed and was laying there next to her.).
I am mainly concerned about possibility and risk that a small quantity of her blood may have unnoticedly touched/entered my skin on the broken ear spot. Please advise further steps.
Best regards
