Help me please!!! im really really nervous about that!

Dear Dr:
im sorry for my eng is not really well.
im very nervous about that if i had gotten HIV. today i met a girl in a place of recreation, and i had a frottage with her vargina and then put in a little bit for just 10 seconds(im sure my penis had exposed to her vaginal secretion).and then i  washed my penis with fresh water 2min later.
now, im getting really worried.

My question is:

1.please advice me if there is any risk of contracting HIV?
2.shall i need to have a test for it?

I cant remember carefully,i havent penetrad her but just stay at front of her vargina，no force to push it in… i dont know if it penetraded

frottage is no risk for HIV, only penetration. but still you may catch other stds by frottage. did you penetrad her or not? if yes, thats a risk!

yes, you were at risk because unprotected penetration is considered a high risk for HIV (if she was HIV+). just get tested for a conclusive result after 3 months. in the meantime try not to worry about it. maybe you did not catch HIV. its a posibility. always use protection when penetrating!
