As noted, you should follow your institution's infection control protocol. However, it's not worth worrying about. In 40+ year history of HIV, there have only been 58 confirmed cases of occupational transmission: http://cdc.gov/hiv/workplace/healthcareworkers.html

That is only for the US, and I don't know where you are, but statistically it is unlikely to vary greatly. Also, I assume your hospital would test the patient for HIV to determine if there is any risk at all.

No,this is of no risk for HIV. HIV is only transmitted by having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles. Air inactivates the virus. A needle stick is not a risk as air is involved. No risk at all.

But it is a hollow-bore needle.. and immediately when I pulled the needle I injected my finger.. there is no air
An injection is NOT a needle stick. Unless a drug was injected, this is not a risk. Yes, air was on the end of the needle. NOT a risk.
Does your hospital have a protocol for this? They must.

Depending on how this happened, there may be a very small risk. Chances are, there is no risk.

Assuming for a minute that there was a risk, the chances of you getting anything from this are very, very low.

The chances of getting hep C is .2% - https://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/hcv/hcvfaq.htm

The chances of getting HIV is less than 1%. - https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/workplace/healthcareworkers.html

Work with your hospital to follow the protocols, though the risks are very, very low.
