Help please oral sex and acute hiv

4 months ago i had oral sex with two males (both ways), none "cummed" in my mouth and no anal penetration occured. Two days after i got a sore throat and went to the hospital where i received penicilyn to treat what the doctor told me looked like strepthroat. It went away quickly and i didnt get any big fever or rashes. Also some ppl in my entourage contracted strep in the following weeks. If my symptoms wouldve been acute hiv, would the antibiotic have work? Is there any chance of me having contracted HIV? Im stressing out.

oral sex does not transmit hiv.  you had no risk and do not need testing.
