Help with HIV possibility!

Hi, I've been currently reading as much as I can in this forum about the risk of HIV from sex.
I would greatly appreciate any help and insights from ppl in this community to tell me my risk of contracting HIV.

This is an account of what happened.
About a month ago, I was in Thailand. I met this dancer in a disco and had a couple of jugs with her. Later that night, we went to a hotel and had sex 3 (THREE) times. All of which was protected. During the act, she gave me oral blowjob before wearing a condom over my penis for the penetration. After penetration for 5mins or so, I retracted my penis but I have not achieve ejaculation. She oralled me a minute or 2 while the condom was on, before removing it to finish the job without the condom. All 3 times was the same and i ejaculated in her mouth.

3weeks since the incident, I have been diagnose with HPV. The warts are visible and cauliflower like and it is freaking the hell out of me. My doctor said that it is nothing really serious and there are treatment for it. However, he warned me about the risk of HIV in Thailand and every since then, I am unable to sleep well or eat. The doctor has instructed me to come back for a blood test 6 months after the exposure to confirm my HIV status.

My questions here should be very clear. (1) Given the circumstances above, what are my risk of HIV being contracted? I thought my sex was protected (Durex Extra Safe Condoms). My life seems to be falling apart now. I am 24 atm and I must say in all my life, I have never visited any prostitute or had sex outside a monogamous relationship. In addition, I do feel a pulsating pain on my balls but my lymph nodes doesn't seem to be swollen 1 month after the exposure. Could this be symptoms of HIV or is it due to HPV? Can someone please help me identify or analyse my situation. I worried that vagina fluid on the condom after retracting may have passed into her mouth orally and pass into my penis after the oral sex was continued with the condom removed. Are my chances of getting HIV higher than because I contracted HPV from this girl?

To summarize my questions,
(1) Given the circumstances above, what are my risk of HIV being contracted?
(2) Could this be symptoms of HIV or is it due to HPV (Pulsating pain in balls)?
(3) Are my chances of getting HIV higher than because I contracted HPV from this girl?

Thx so much for all the replies. I know the value of life now and I beg God for a chance to live my life straight again.

but the head of my penis was indeed exposed to vaginal fluid since the oral happened with the condom intact and taken off... + my test result jst came back positive for HSV2... Does this mean that if i gotten HSV2 the virus that entered my body also may contain the HIV virus which means that im infected with HIV as well? the HSV2 blisters appear on the penis shaft where the condom WAS protecting.....

I do remember some degree of condom slippage during my 5 minuet fiasco,During 3 hard thrusts i felt my penis move about just over an inch to and from the tip of the condom. It was not fully errect at the beginning.I fear this to have been the cause of my problems.

You didn't have a risk of contracting HIV. You had protected vaginal sex.

Dear Carlo007.! I appreciate your wisdom that you used protection. ,   1. you did not have sex with her unprotected. Since your protection did not fail during the intercourse, your are safe. Herpes however can be picked up through oral contact.
2. This is not an HIV symptom.
3. After you contracted Herpes, yes chances of getting HIV are relatively higher for you than a person who is Herpes negative, under a similar kind of exposure, However please note that this does not apply on your previous exposure. I am talking about for next time.
