Help???

I had sex with this girl I knew but not that well.  We used a condom. Anyways I had the condom on for a long time and fell asleep with it on.  I woke up in the morning and there was a red blotch on my penis on the side.  Its the size of a pea.  Basically just a red circle.  Im thinking it could be just from the condom.  She was bleeding from the sex.  Its not a blood blister because its not a blister. Any thoughts?  Just a red blotch the size of a pea.

Just wondering...  The condom was abit small. So would it be possible that the bottom near my pubic  hair become in contact. im not sure.  Thats where the red blotch is but it appeared in the morning.

I think the blotch is from condom being so tight and being on so long.

It showed up like 9 or 10 hours after in the morning. The blotch is still there and is red but it seems like it is fading away abit. Any ideas?  I did have blood on my fingers from her.
