Hep C and Hiv

Hello . I already set up a meeting with my doctor for a check up for all STD  and Hep B and C i will go take it in 2 hours  but now i have a question and no i can not ask my doctor cos she would tell me 6 months no matter if i am in a good health or no .
If i result to be infected with Hep C would this delay my Hiv window period ? I have been tested negative at 4 week , 7 week , 9 week and 10.5 with ac anti hiv duo . I have been asking doctors online, Vance and James also told me that is a fourth generation test but doctors in albania say it is not reliable until 6 months , so you guys maybe can understand why am i so worried .
I am planning to test for hiv at my 84 day last exposure but i want to know if could infection with Hep C  delay my hiv window period and give me fake negative results at 73 days , which was my last test taken .
Thanks
