Heterosexual who Practices Exclusively Oral

Hello - i am an expat living in South Africa. My tenure is up and now i will have to head back home (San Antonio) My last HIV test was January 2016. Even prior to this and after this i have been exclusively practising oral sex with numerous women. Since my last HIV test i have had about 16 encounters with about 13 girls. About 3 of these encounters were with lesbian/bi girls. (So 2 at the same time for 3 encounters) Now all but 4 of these girls i am confident were negative at the time of the encounter and also generally care about their health.
I am not sure about the rest. All encounters have not had any penetrative sex - only receiving oral, cunnilingus and rimming both ways. Most of these encounters were me purely  receiving oral only. About 6 of them was me receiving and performing oral on the girls. After my most recent encounter about 2 weeks ago i notice multiple red spots on my penis. No pain or itching or burning. They have now turned into white patches resembling broken skin.

Now since my contract is up i have to get tested as per policy for those of use working overseas. Results are not given to us directly but reflected in our review. As a Heterosexual who practices exclusively oral sex in the last 18 months (my last HIV test) am i at any risk or need to fear the results. Your assurance is highly appreciated.

You have asked questions about oral sex multiple times over the past few years and have been advised each time that oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  Nothing has changed, and the advice remains the same.

so it doesn't matter if the girls are from African. I mean is oral sex transmission more virulent in this part of the world
No, but then again, I don't concern myself with any "risk" that is a one in a million possibility.  If you wish to do that, knock yourself out, but it's a waste of time and energy.  You're more likely to be killed or seriously injured getting out of bed in the morning.
